luxurious stay with a touch of history
The staff went out of their way to, especially my son, who received personalized attention from everyone. The room was wonderfully restored, with a genuine sense of stepping back into the 1920s, with exquisite details that enhanced our stay.
The exterior of the hotel stands out but could benefit from some landscaping improvements.

Staying in the Queen Room aboard Ocean Mist was unique. The decor had a charming vintage vibe, really reflecting the maritime theme. The staff were friendly, always ready to share the history of the boat. Breakfast offered delicious local breads and a variety of pastries, made mornings special. The bed was comfy, perfect for a good night's sleep. The room felt a bit cramped for storing clothes, especially for a longer stay. There's also no full-length mirror, which I found inconvenient. The location was fantastic, with easy access to public transport for exploring Edinburgh.
